Refunds and Cancellation Policy

All the payments made towards crowdfunding platforms are towards patient treatment, supportive care, Medical Devices etc. are non refundable.

All these payments received under Save My life platform for  patients requirement through Bank account of ” Organization for Rare Diseases India Save My life,  which is a  Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (No. 1 of 1956) (Not for profit)  are donation to the organization and eligible for tax deduction under  Section 80G (5) (vi) of the Income Tax Act 1961.

Any unutilized fund shall be used for other ORDI registered patients.
